Bailey's Cup of Coffee

Scale ingredients to servings
1 part Bailey's irish cream
1 part black coffee

Mix the hot coffee with irish creme. Enjoy!

Bavarian Coffee

1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Cafe Brulot

1 - 1 1/2 oz cognac
1 - 2 dashes triple sec
1 cup hot coffee
1 twist lemon peel
1 twist orange peel
1 clove
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp sugar

Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass.
Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec.
Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sweeten to taste, and serve.

Cancun Coffee

sugar
1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz anisette
1 oz irish cream
2 - 3 oz coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Moisten rim of coffee mug with lime and dip rim in sugar.
Pour liqueurs into mug and fill with coffee.
Top with whipped cream.

Caribbean Coffee

1 oz dark rum
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Espresso Cocktail recipe3/4 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
3/4 oz vodka
1 oz espresso

Prepare a martini glass with a brown-sugared rim.
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the prepared glass, and serve.

French Coffee

1 oz cointreau orange liqueur
1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cointreau orange liqueur

Pour coffee, cointreau and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of cointreau, and serve.

Good Morning Coffee

2 shots espresso
1 1/2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tsp sugar
3 oz irish cream
3 oz coffee liqueur
2 scoops ice cubes

Combine vanilla ice-cream, sugar, ice, and espresso in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add irish cream and coffee liqueur then stir. Pour into a coffee mug and serve.

Irish Cappuccino

5 ounces of hot coffee
3 ounces of Irish Cream
Dash of nutmeg
Dessert topping
Pour 3 ounces of Irish Cream into a coffee mug.

Fill the mug with hot black coffee.
Top with a spray of dessert topping.
Add a dash of nutmeg on the topping.

Irish Coffee

1 cup of strong hot coffee
1 tablespoon of Irish whiskey
1 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of sugar

Make coffee as normal
Once the coffee is ready, add the whiskey, sugar and cream.

Italian Coffee

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur

Pour coffee, amaretto and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste.
Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of amaretto, and serve.

Jamaican Coffee

1 cup of hot gourmet coffee
1/4 shot of Tia Maria
1/4 shot of rum
1/4 shot of Dark Creme de Cacao
Combine your hot gourmet coffee, Tia Maria, rum, and Dark Creme de Cacao.
Mix together the top with whipped cream.
Makes 1 serving.

Keoke Coffee

1/2 shot of Kahlua
1 cup of hot gourmet coffee
1/2 shot of Courvoisier
1/2 shot of Dark Cream de Cacao
Combine your Kahlua coffee liqueur, gourmet coffee, Dark Cream de Cacao, and Courvoisier.
Top with whipped cream and serve.
Makes 1 serving.

Millionaires Coffee

1/2 shot irish cream
1/2 shot kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 shot frangelico hazelnut liqueur
6 oz coffee

Pour bailey's irish cream, frangelico and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and add coffee.
Top with whipped cream and, optionally, allspice (cinnamon and nutmeg).

Spanish Coffee

1/2 oz Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1/2 oz rum
coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Build the ingredients in a coffee mug.
Top with whipped cream, and garnish with a cherry.

Tennessee Mud

8 oz coffee
4 oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey
4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Mix coffee, jack daniels and Amaretto.
Add Cream on top.

Caffe`Latte

Use a single espresso with the rest of the glass filled up with steamed milk, and topped off with a thin layer of foam from the steamed milk.
Sprinkle ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or sweetened chocolate powder on top, if desired.
You can also add almond, rum, brandy, mint, or vanilla extract to taste.
For a Double Caffe` Latte, use a double espresso instead of a single.

Caffe`Latte Light

Ingredients:1-1/4 cups regular grind espresso or other dark roast coffee
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
6 cups water
2-1/2 teaspoons EQUAL® FOR RECIPES or SPLENDA
2-1/2 cups skim milk
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir sugar into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or cups.

Heat milk in small saucepan until steaming. Blend half of milk in blender at high speed until foamy, about 15 seconds; pour milk into 4 mugs of coffee, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining milk and coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.

Caffe` Vanilla

1/4 vanilla bean
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3/4 cup coffee
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and place it with the milk and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for a few minutes. Take out the vanilla bean and blend the milk mixture in a blender for about 30 seconds, or until it becomes frothy. Add to the hot coffee and top with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Eggnog Coffee

1 cup hot gourmet coffee
1 ounce eggnog
½ tablespoon grated nutmeg

Mix your hot gourmet coffee with your eggnog. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Makes 1 serving.

Euopean Coffee

(2 servings)
1 cup strong coffee
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons half and half

1. Beat egg white until forms soft peaks
2. Gently add vanilla, and continue to beat to stiff peaks are formed
3. Place into 2 coffee mugs
4. Pour coffee over egg white
5. Top with half and half

Hawaiian Coffee

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of coffee

Preheat your oven to 350.
Take the milk & coconut put, in a saucepan for 2-3 min on low heat.
Strain the milk and put the coconut on a baking sheet. Cook for 8-10 min (it will get brown)
Now add the milk to the hot coffee and top it with your brown coconut.

Irish Coffee

2 servings
2 cups strong coffee
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
whipped cream

1. Mix coffee, orange juice and lemon juice
2. Pour into Irish whiskey glass
3. Top with whipped cream

Latte Macchiato

Put steamed milk, topped with foam from the steamed milk into a glass; then gently pour a single espresso into the glass. The espresso will slowly drip to the bottom.

Italian Mocha Espresso

1 Cup instant coffee
1 Cup sugar
4 ½ Cup non-fat dry milk
½ Cup cocoa

1. Stir ingredients together.
2. Process in a blender until powdered.
3. Use 2 Tablespoons to one small cup of hot water.
4. Serve in demitasse cups.
Makes about 7 cups of mix.

Mexican Coffee

Makes 4 servings
1 ½ cups double strength hot gourmet coffee (use 4 tablespoons coffee to 12 oz. of water)
¾ teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoons chocolate syrup
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup heavy cream
1 table spoon sugar

Combine cream, nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon then whip.
Using four demitasse cups, put 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup in each.
Stir the remaining ½ teaspoon of cinnamon into the the hot gourmet coffee.
Pour the coffee in the cups and stir. Top with spiced whipped cream.

Mocha Coffee

14 oz (one can) of evaporated milk
2 cups of strong coffee
1 cup of hot water
½ cup of pure cocoa powder
½ cup of sugar

In a suitably sized saucepan, mix together the cocoa powder and sugar.
Add the hot water and whisk lightly until smooth.
Heat gently for 2 minutes until the mixture turns thick, stirring constantly.
Add the evaporated milk and the coffee.
Heat to just boiling, beat, then serve as desired.

Mocha Latte

Use a single espresso with the rest of the glass filled up with steamed chocolate milk, and topped off with a thin layer of foam from the steamed chocolate milk.
Add whipped cream and sweetened chocolate powder for garnish, if desired.
For a Double Mocha Latte, use a double espresso instead of a single.

Orange Coffee

Makes 2 servings
1 cup strong coffee
1 cup hot chocolate
2 orange slices
whipped cream
dash of cinnamon
1. Mix coffee and hot chocolate
2. Place one orange slice into each cup
3. Pour coffee mixture into cups
4. Top with whipped cream, and garnish with cinnamon

Starbucks Caramel Macchiato

2 tbsp of Starbucks' Vanilla Syrup
1/2 cup of Brewed Espresso
8 oz of Steamed Milk
4 tbsp of Starbucks' Caramel Sauce

Add vanilla syrup to a large glass. Add steamed milk and caramel sauce. Mix well.

Note: You can purchase of the Starbucks' syrups used in this drink at any Starbucks coffee shop.

Viennese Coffee

(serves 2)
A venerable tradition in Vienna's coffeehouses, this coffee's tasty flavor comes from the whipped cream topping.

2 cups coffee, preferably Viennese or other dark roast
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or cloves

Pour the coffee into 2 cups.
Top each cup with a large dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, or cloves.

Iced Coffee

4 cups of cold milk
¼ cup of sugar
¼ cup of instant coffee
¼ cup of hot water
Ice
Mix together the coffee, sugar and hot water until the coffee and sugar has dissolved.
Add 4 cups of cold milk and mix in a blender.
Serve over ice cubes.

Iced Coffee over Ice Cubes

Brew extra strength coffee using 1 tablespoon to 4 oz. of water
Pour over ice cubes
Add sugar or cream if desired

Note: The extra strength coffee is important so that when the iced melts it does not dilute the coffee.

Iced Coffee over Coffee Ice Cubes

Brew regular strength coffee and freeze it in ice cube trays
Fill glasses with the coffee cubes and pour regular strength coffee over them
Add sugar or cream if desired

Caramel Iced Americano

3/4 oz. (1-1/2 Tbsp.) caramel syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp.) cold water
2 oz. (1/4 cup) half & half
Ice

Fill a 16 oz. glass, or pitcher 3/4 full with ice.
Add espresso (or special strong brewed), more ice if necessary, syrup, and cold water.
Stir well.
Stir in half & half.

Caramel Iced Coffee

3 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes
1 ½ cups of cold coffee
½ cup of whole milk
½ cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of caramel syrup
1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup
¼ teaspoon of salt
Pinch of vanilla extract

In a blender, combine the cold coffee, whole milk, sugar, caramel and chocolate syrups, and salt.
Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds.
Add a pinch of vanilla extract and 3 cups of ice. Blend on high speed until the drink is smooth and creamy.
Serve as desired.

Coffee Breakfast Drink

1 tablespoon instant espresso or instant coffee
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of protein powder
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine the milk, instant espresso or coffee, protein powder, vanilla and honey in an electric blender until uniform.
Serve in tall glasses.
Makes 2 servings.

Coffee Frappe`

1 tablespoon instant espresso
3-5 ice cubes
½ cup of cold water
¼ cup of milk
3 teaspoons maple syrup

Combine in an electric blender the cold water and instant espresso at a high speed until a frothy consistency is achieved.
Pour into a glass with ice cubes then stir in the maple syrup to your taste.
Makes 1 serving.

Frappe` Coffee (another variation)

1. Milk
2. Ice Cubes
3. Water
4. Sugar to taste
5. 1-2 teaspoons instant coffee

Add instant coffee, sugar, water and ice cubes to shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour into fluted glass.
Top should be frothed.
Add milk to taste.
This is a great coffee recipe because you can taylor it your taste.

Hazelnut Iced Latte

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) hazelnut syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) chocolate syrup
2 shots (1/4 cup) espresso
8 oz. (1 cup) milk
1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients, stir and serve.
Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Iced Caramel Latte

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) caramel syrup
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) vanilla syrup
1-2 oz. (1/8-1/4 cup) espresso
6 oz. (3/4 cup) milk
1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients and stir well to blend flavors.
Serving/Yield: 1-16 oz.

Iced Roca

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) chocolate syrup
espresso
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) hazelnut syrup

1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass or pitcher.
